Andaz Miami Beach

Formerly known as The Confidante, the hotel reopened in 2025 as Andaz Miami Beach — Hyatt’s first Andaz in Florida — after a top-to-bottom renovation. It sits directly on the sand in Mid-Beach, with 287 rooms and restaurants by José Andrés Group.

Some 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space include two oceanfront ballrooms and seven meeting rooms. The Andaz Ballroom seats up to 170 for a reception or welcomes 250 standing, and the largest setups host around 240 seated guests. The pool even features a hydraulic floor that rises to become a stage. In-house catering and a dedicated events team take care of every detail.
